CREATOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all creators and influencers who apply to or participate in campaigns managed by Make One Agency. By applying to a campaign, accepting an invitation, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to follow the instructions in the Creative Brief for the specific project.

1. Creative Brief Controls
The Creative Brief for each campaign is the primary source of requirements.
You agree to follow the instructions in the brief.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the brief, the brief controls for that campaign.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate information about your identity, accounts, and audience.
You must comply with all platform rules where the content will be posted.

3. Deliverables
Deliverables are defined in the Creative Brief.
You agree to submit the required content by the deadlines in the brief.
You agree to revise the content based on the number of edit rounds listed in the brief.
You agree that Make One will review content before posting unless the brief states otherwise.

4. Usage Rights
Usage rights are defined in the Creative Brief.
Unless stated in the brief, Make One and the brand have rights to repost your content on social channels with credit.
Any paid usage rights, whitelisting rights, or extended licensing will be stated in the brief.
You grant Make One the right to store your submitted content for internal use and campaign reporting.

5. Payment
Payment terms are defined in the Creative Brief.
You agree to complete the required deliverables before payment is issued.
Payments are processed only through the method listed in the brief.
You are responsible for any tax reporting or obligations connected to your payments.

6. Content Standards
Your content must match the instructions in the brief.
Content must be original and must not infringe on rights owned by others.
You agree not to include unlicensed music, logos, or visuals unless approved.
You agree not to include harmful, discriminatory, or misleading statements.

7. Compliance
You agree to follow all FTC disclosure rules.
Disclosure tags must be clear and easy to see.
If the brief provides specific language for disclosure, you agree to follow it.

8. Conduct
You agree to professional conduct during the campaign.
Harassment, hate speech, or illegal behavior leads to removal from the campaign.
Make One may remove you from a campaign at any time for missed deadlines or failure to follow the brief.

9. Confidential Information
You agree to keep campaign details, drafts, and internal conversations private unless the brief allows you to share them.
You agree not to disclose confidential brand information.

10. Account Access and Verification
You may be asked to share engagement or performance data.
You may be asked to verify that your social accounts are yours and active.
You agree not to use purchased followers or engagement.

11. Independent Contractor
You work as an independent contractor.
You are not an employee, agent, or partner of Make One.
You are responsible for your own equipment, expenses, and taxes.

12. Removal or Cancellation
Make One may cancel a campaign or remove you at any time.
If a campaign is canceled before you complete the deliverables, payment is not required unless stated in the brief.
If you withdraw after acceptance, Make One is not responsible for any fees unless stated in the brief.

13. Brand Protection
If your behavior online or offline harms the reputation of Make One or the brand, you may be removed.
Make One may decline future work with you based on performance or conduct.

14. Communication
You agree to respond to Make One or the brand within the timelines listed in the brief.
Failure to communicate may lead to removal from the campaign.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California.

16. Updates
Make One may update these Terms.
The version posted on the Make One website at the time of your application applies to your campaign.
