Frequently Asked Questions

We're a boutique influencer and content-focused social agency based in Los Angeles. We help consumer brands build and run creator programs, produce social content, manage paid social, and develop organic social strategy. Some clients come to us for one piece of that. Most end up working with us across several.
-
Our sweet spot is consumer brands, particularly in CPG, food and beverage, beauty, and lifestyle, that are ready to invest in a real creator strategy rather than a one-off post. We also work with other agencies as a white-label partner when they need influencer campaign infrastructure, creator sourcing, or high-volume coordination behind the scenes.
-
Most brand clients come in through our 90-Day Social Growth System, which moves through three phases: Build, Launch, and Optimize. We start by getting the strategy and infrastructure right, then move into active campaign execution, and spend the final phase measuring what worked and tightening the approach. After 90 days, most clients continue on a retained basis.

Creator sourcing is one of the things we take most seriously. We look beyond follower count at audience quality, engagement patterns, content consistency, and genuine fit with the brand. We're just as comfortable tracking down a niche micro-creator with a highly specific audience as we are coordinating a campaign across 50 to 100 creators at once. The brief and the brand always drive the selection, not a preset roster.
-
All tiers, from nano and micro-creators through mid-tier and macro, depending on what the campaign calls for. We don't have a bias toward big numbers. Sometimes the right creator has 8,000 followers and a deeply loyal audience. We match the talent to the objective.
-
Yes. We manage paid social as a standalone service and in combination with influencer campaigns. One of the more powerful things we do is whitelist creator content so it can run as paid media, which means you get the performance targeting of paid social with the authenticity of a real creator's voice. It's an approach we recommend to most of our brand clients.
-
Absolutely. We've built social presences from scratch for brands with no existing following, no content library, and no prior creator relationships. Starting from zero actually makes some things easier because there's nothing to undo.
-
If you're an agency with a client that needs influencer campaign management and you don't have that capability in-house, we operate as an extension of your team. We stay behind the scenes, you maintain the client relationship, and we handle the execution. We're built for the high-volume, high-coordination work that's hard to staff for internally, whether that's running a 75-creator campaign around a product launch or sourcing that one specific niche creator your client needs.
-
It depends on the objective, but we're comfortable across the full funnel. For awareness campaigns we track reach, impressions, and share of voice. For conversion-focused work we tie creator content to traffic, click-through, and sales data. We build measurement frameworks at the start of every engagement so we're not reverse-engineering success at the end.
-
IFor a new brand client going through our onboarding process, plan on two to three weeks before creators are briefed and content is in production. More complex campaigns with larger creator pools take a bit longer to source and coordinate properly. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the outset and work backward from your key dates.
-
Pricing varies based on scope, the number of creators involved, and whether you're adding content production or paid social to the mix. We're not a low-cost option, but we're built to deliver work that justifies the investment. The best way to get a clear picture is to get on a call so we can understand what you're trying to accomplish and put together something specific.
-
Book a call with us and we'll spend 30 minutes understanding your brand, your goals, and where you're at right now. From there we'll come back with a clear recommendation on what an engagement could look like. No pressure, no pitch deck, just a real conversation.
